The Tradition

The way Sundays were meant to be

In Italian-American homes, Sunday was sacred. The gravy would start early: a slow simmer of tomatoes, meats, and time. By afternoon, the whole house smelled like love. The table was set for whoever showed up.

At Notte, we've brought that tradition to Church Street. Every Sunday, our kitchen slow-braises beef ribs, sausage, and meatballs until the sauce becomes something transcendent: a rich, deeply flavoured gravy that coats every strand of our house-made tagliatelle.

This is not just a meal. It's a celebration of family, good food, and the kind of tradition that has been loved for generations.
